Water sports enthusiasts using Ayrshires lochs and coastal resorts and other areas across Scotland are being urged to be on their guard against an alien invasion. ‘The Brilliant Bakers’, has been inspired to create a specialist range of wheat free cakes, after his daughter Daisy was diagnosed with coeliac disease, an intolerance to gluten which is found in the majority of modern foods. Two rare bat species have been discovered at Culzean Country Park in South Ayrshire, both of which were not thought to have been present in the area.
